Cloud Data Teams (CDT) by Sisense will be updating our application databases on Sunday, December 17, from 4am - 10pm PST. The database version will be upgraded and hardware maintenance will be performed, which will improve the operation of the instances and their workloads.
During this time, the CDT application will not be available to any users. For customers utilizing the Warehouse feature, any ETL processes that have been configured outside of CDT will not be impacted or disrupted during this time. The Support Team is available for any follow-up questions at supportdt@sisense.com. Status updates during the upgrade will be posted to this page.
